Things that we frown upon:

  1. Clients depending permanently on Consultants; we try to increase our client's skills and motivate them to become self reliant.
  2. Standardized solutions for unique problems; most of the opportunities we come across are unique and requires unique solutions where the standard "Cookie Cutter" solutions is just not right.
  3. Lack of responsibility; it is of cardinal importance that both client and consultant take full responsibility and form a partnership to be committed.
  4. Short lasting results; lasting results often come from internal suggestions; clients need to buy into the process and play an active role.
