With any new equipment, system or process implementation, we plan our strategy in detail.  Prior to actual implementation, the implementation team undergo intense training.  In conjunction with our innovation implementation strategy, the same principals are applied with a learning system.  Just to mention a few, it is important to consider the following:

  2. support needed to make a success
  3. resistance that can be useful or detrimental
  4. short cuts that can and can not be taken
  5. role definitions; Learner, Assessor, Owner, Coach, Observer

  8. information sessions, training and special equipment prior to a roll-out
